CONDITIONS OF SALE:
All prices EXCLUDE VAT which must be included with all orders at the prevailing rate except for EC orders placed by VAT registered traders and all overseas/export orders outside the EC.
Prices of metal items are subject to revision without prior notice according to prevailing bullion and currency exchange rates.
Silver items are supplied semi-finished for customers own hallmarking.
In accordance with our policy of constant improvement, we reserve the right to alter specifications and prices of items without prior notice. All sizes, where quoted, are approximate and descriptions are correct at the time of publication but are subject to alteration.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY:
Security is of great importance to us, we aim to provide the highest possible level of security in your transactions. In doing this we use World Pay security services which uses a 128-bit encrypted secure channel to register the transaction. World Pay says that it “has been audited and approved by all of the major UK acquiring banks which require World Pay to adhere to all APACS standards”
We only accept orders to a minimum value of £10 (excluding VAT and post and packing charges)
GOODS OUT OF STOCK:
Where goods are out of stock our system should stop purchases unless there is a back order and we will contact you for a substitute or to wait until the item is in stock.
We will not divulge your personal details to any other parties and will treat all your personal information as fully confidential.

The colours displayed on the website are only a guide and we cannot guarantee an exact colour match. The appearance of the colour samples will vary depending on your screen settings and resolution of your monitor. Hopefully this website gives you an approximation of the colours available. Please also note that batch numbers of the enamels can change and it is therefore recommended to test fire the enamel first. Firing temperatures supplied are only a guide and are dependent on a number of variants.

UK orders that are under 2Kgs are sent by Royal Mail. For orders over 2Kgs Parcelforce is used. Special delivery is available for more urgent items. Overseas orders are sent by courier
Value of goods – It is the responsibility of the customer to select the correct delivery service to cover the value of their order should the parcel be lost or damaged in any way. If loss or damage does arise the customer will receive up to amount covered by service chosen.
Special Delivery – we will do our best to dispatch your order on the same or following working day as long as we have received your order before 12 noon and that items ordered are in stock. Your parcel will then be dispatched on a next day service which will be delivered at any time up to 1pm. We will contact you if there are any problems with your order. Regular Delivery – Orders delivered within the UK are usually delivered within 3-5 working days, however:
If it has been more than 10 working days since you ordered you should check your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them and check any outhouses, porches where the parcel may have been left if it will not fit through your letterbox. Then check with your local sorting office to see if the parcel has been returned there to await collection.
If it has been over 10 working days (or 26 for overseas) since you ordered, Royal Mail will now class your order as lost and we are able to send a replacement or give you a refund for the amount covered. We cannot refund or replace goods until 10 working days (or 26 for overseas) have passed from date of dispatch.
Overseas courier delivery – delivery times are approximate and quoted by the courier. We cannot be held responsible for delays in overseas delivery times.
RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION:
If you wish to change or cancel an order please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours quoting the order number and date the order was placed.
It is the responsibility of customers to ensure, upon receipt of goods supplied, that they are suitable for their use. VitrumSignum cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss.
Should you wish to return goods purchased from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within 14 days notifying us by telephone or email within 48hrs. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. P&P will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to lock your account at any time should we feel there has been a breach in our terms and conditions. You can email or phone us to restore your account at any time provided you supply us with the necessary information to justify removal of the original breach.
