  • Do you ship overseas?

    We deliver worldwide.

    As our website is not set up to calculate overseas postal charges, please email us the items you would like together with a billing and delivery address and also a mobile telephone number (for courier purposes);

    We will then get back to you with a pro-forma invoice for you to check and approve.

    We accept Paypal, Paybylink and bank transfer for payment.

  • Delivery options

    How will my order be sent?

    UK orders that are under 2Kgs are either sent Royal Mail 1st Class (covering £20), 1st Class Signed For (covering £50) or Special Next Day Delivery (covering £500).  It is the responsibility of the customer to choose the correct service for the value of their order. Your order will only be covered by the service you have chosen, therefore any loss or damage will only be up to the amount of the service you have chosen. For orders over 2Kgs Parcelforce is used.  Special delivery is available for more urgent items.  Overseas orders will be sent by Courier via Parcels2go (broker service using UPS, DVD, Fedex etc)

     

    When will my order arrive?

    Special Delivery – we will do our best to dispatch your order on the same or following working day as long as we have received your order before 12 noon and that items ordered are in stock.  Your parcel will then be dispatched on a next day service which will be delivered at any time up to 1pm.  We will contact you if there are any problems with your order. Please note that delivery time will be from date of dispatch not date of order. If your order is urgent and you need it specifically for the next day please contact us by telephone on 0208 524 9546 to notify us of this as we may be on appointments that day and might not be able to fulfil your order.

     

    Regular Delivery – Orders delivered within the UK are usually delivered within 3-5 working days, however:

     

    If it has been between 5 to 10 working days since you ordered you should check your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them and check any outhouses, porches where the parcel may have left if it will not fir through your letterbox.  Then check with your local sorting office to see if the parcel has been returned there to await collection.

     

    If it has been 14 working days (or 26 for overseas) since you ordered Royal Mail will now class your order as lost and we are able to send a replacement or give you a refund.  Please contact us on 020 8524 9546 or email us with your order number, name and address.  We cannot refund or replace goods until 14 working days (or 26 for overseas) have passed from date of dispatch.

  • Can I visit you?

    As we are mail order suppliers we ask customers who personally wish to collect their previously advised orders to contact us beforehand to arrange a mutually convenient time.  We cannot undertake to supply orders to unannounced callers. We are open Monday-Friday only.
